Configuration
blocks_traveled: each how many blocks the exhaustion cost will apply
exhaustion: how many exhaustion you will add to the player ( hunger mechanics)
min_hunger_to_fly: min hunger to fly. if player dont have this or drop below this he will be dropped to ground and possibly die.
