This Plugin is New so There are less commands.
You Can Use Power Ranks to add permissions to Players using the command /pr addplayerperm Player Permission.

1) /heal - Heals The Target Player to Full Health
2) /fireres - Gives The Target Player Fire Resistance for 60s
3) /strength - Gives The Target Player Strength For 60s
4) /gmc - Sets the Target Player's GameMode to Creative
5) /gms - Sets the Target Player's GameMode to Survival
6) /gmsp - Sets the Target Player's GameMode to Spectator Mode
7) /gma - Sets the Target Player's GameMode to Adventure
8) /day - Set's The Time To Day
9) /night - Set's The Time To Night
10) /midnight - Set's The Time To Midnight
11) /wclear - Set's The Weather To Clear
12) /wrain - Set's The Weather To Rain
13) /fly - Allows Target Player To Fly
