LimitedHealing is a plugin that allows your users to use /heal and /feed (both have seperate permissions.) however there is a twist, you may set a percentage of the health or hunger that is gained back on the commands.
Everything is changeable in the config.yml including permissions, error messages and plugin settings.
Commands:
/heal - Allows a user to heal.
/feed - Allows a user to get hunger back.
/heal (name) - Allows you to heal a player.
/feed (name) - Allows you to feed a player.
/lhreload - Reloads the config.yml
/lh - Opens the help menu in chat.
Permissions:
All are changeable in the config.yml
