UltraSkills is an RPG skill system with powerful and interactive perks designed to complement survival and co-op gameplay. Begin leveling a skill to get immediately impactful progression and gameplay changes to reflect your playstyle. By the time you've mastered a skill, you will be reshaping the world and tearing through enemies.

I started this plugin because I was inspired by—but ultimately disappointed with—other skill systems out there. With emphasis: this project is in the early stages of development, but I will regularly add new features and polish things up. Feedback is appreciated!

Features
There are 10 skill groups which you level by playing. Mining gives you mining XP, farming gives you farming XP, and so on. Here's an example skill for each tree:

• Agility - Run faster, jump higher, swim deeper, fly further, fall harder
  • Speed Demon - While sprinting, gain a stacking move speed bonus each time you jump (resets when sprinting is interrupted)
• Crafting - Craft items that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to obtain
  • No Time To Dye - Put dye in the crafting table to cycle through all colors
• Defense - Absorb more damage and attack using your body
  • Block Chain - Each piece of chainmail blocks 25% of skeleton arrows from hitting you (100% with full set)
• Farming - Tend to crops and livestock
  • Pesticides - Crops you plant cannot be trampled by mobs and instead apply poison to hostile mobs
• Foraging - Live off the land as you explore the wild
  • Phototropic - Restore hunger slowly while exposed to sunlight
• Magic - Enchanting, potions, and wand-casted spells
  • Invisible Hand - From afar, you can open containers, flick switches/buttons/pressure plates, open doors, break torches, and punch entities
• Melee - Get in close, whether precise or reckless is your choice
  • Bloody - Critical strikes with a sword apply a bleed over 5 seconds equal to 10% of initial damage per second
• Mining - Get rich and dig really big holes
  • Chain Reaction - Mine entire ore veins at once upon breaking one block
• Ranged - Keep a distance and take down targets from afar
  • Homing - Arrows adjust their momentum to fly towards your targets (must be fully charged)
• Trinkets - Make the gadgets of Minecraft more useful
  • Grapple - Cast a fishing rod to grapple, yoinking you directly to where it landed; if you hit an entity, it pulls you together (warning: careful what you catch)

Installation
Place the downloaded jar into your server's plugins folder. Restart or reload the server. This plugin is safe to reload and won't break anything if you remove it from a world save.
