DecaliumTweaks give your players bunch of new mechanics.
Tweaks:
- CreatePath - then player walking on grass, it have chance to become a dirt (and then player walking on dirt, it have change to become a path)
- FallEffects - if player get damage from falling he get slow and blind effects
- ArrowFire - when player or mob shoot an arrow with flame to burnable block it have chance to ignite
- More tweaks come soon. Btw you can give me some your ideas and i do it in plugin

all tweaks supports WorldGuard regions. You can disable or enable this protection in config.
