Picture Login provides a fancy login message by displaying a picture of the player's head inside of chat.
By default it retrieves player avatars from minepic.org.
Permissions:

- picturelogin.main - Allow use of the /picturelogin reload command
- picturelogin.show - *NOTE* A player must have this permission set in order for the message to display (or set the
require-permission: true value to false within the config.yml)
- /picturelogin - Display plugin information
- /picturelogin reload - Reload the configuration
- /picturelogin test <type> - Display a message (just to yourself) in chat.
The player head image itself and the 8 lines next to it support 6-digit hex codes for RGB color. Below is an example of the text with RGB color codes:
- '#51FF57Welcome #FFE24Ato #1A5BA6Generic Server Name!'
