This plugin allows your users PVP and it is 100% customizable in the config.yml file.

It allows users (during PVP) to hold shift to charge the special ability of a custom WardenSonicBoom, the cooldown, the damage, and the needed charge is fully customizable in the config.yml file.

All the messages are customizable; you can even modify the ability message that pops up in the ActionBar during the AbilityCharge.
