example: you have one item which is saved on the config file. one you change it the whole server have to change.
Pros: item will not lose anything which is saved in the NBT tags as well as Lores.
Cons: Long and unreadable encoded items which is saved in the config.
Current this save locally (may be updated to use with databases) if this drags lots of attention more updates will be released.

/staticitem add <key>
=> add your holding item to the list (this will replace old duplicate key).
/staticitem remove <key>
=> remove your holding item from the list (this item will no longer be synchronized).
/staticitem list
=> display list of items (hovering over the text will display the item)
/staticitem update
=> add your holding item to the list (this will replace old duplicate key)
/staticitem unstatic
=> remove synchronization from this item (this only holding item will not be synchronized)
