There is a config file for this.
Messages:

You can edit the message string and add a URL if you want the message to lead somewhere. For example when you want to notify people about a social media account. Just put the URL to that social media account.
There also is a interval setting. This setting will allow you to set the minutes between messages.

- Add commands to add messages / links.
- Add menu's to see what messages there are.
- Add multi server support. So I somehow need to find out how to add a bungee option or something.
