Davey's Copper Rails
A mod that adds copper rails that function like power rails while buffing power rails to be faster. Can change using the config.

- Powered Rail speed buffed
- Natural oxidation through Exposed/Weathered/Oxidized as separate blocks
- Waxing (right-click or crafting recipe)
- Axe scraping (wax-off, then oxidation-reversal)
- Full config: independent Powered/Copper Rail speed multipliers, optional oxidation-based speed penalty, tooltip toggle
