Totem of Undying is always kept in the offhand slot.
The offhand Totem is locked in the slot and cannot be manually removed.
If the Totem activates (breaks to save the player), a new Totem is automatically equipped into the offhand within about 1 second (or as fast as the script can detect).
Works continuously while the player has Totems available.
If no Totems remain, the offhand stays empty until another Totem is obtained.
Supports all players independently in multiplayer.
Compatible with Realms and Bedrock Dedicated Server.
No item duplication or deletion.
Lightweight and optimized.
