NotMyMob is a very simple and lightweight plugin that will allow you to choose which mobs are allowed to spawn in each world. It supports use of a mob whitelist and blacklist as well as the option to use a world whitelist or blacklist. You can change these values in the config.yml file and you can also add/remove mobs from the white/blacklist via the in-game commands.
