- Download the plugin.
- Place Moovr.jar into your plugins folder.
- Make sure you are either op or have configured permissions (see below for permission nodes).
- Build a Moovr block by placing a redstone torch down, above the redstone torch must be a iron block, then above that block you place a powered rail and there you have it, a Moovr block.

- /moovrtoggle - Toggle the Moovr functionality off/on for yourself.
- /moovrsetspeed <amount> - Set the Moovr movement speed for the plugin.
- /moovrreload - Reloads the configuration files for the plugin.
Permissions
- moovr.use - Allows the player to use a Moovr block.
- moovr.toggle - Allows the player to toggle the Moovr functionality off/on for themselves.
- moovr.setspeed - Allows the player to set the Moovr movement speed for the plugin (how fast the player travels while on the Moovr blocks).
- moovr.reload - Allows the player to reload the Moovr configuration files.
