Delayed Command

Description:

This plugin allows you to tell the server to perform commands after a given amount of time (in seconds). It's also possible to repeat the commands a certain amount of times or have them repeat infinitely.

Commands:

/dcmd help - Lists all DelayedCommand's commands available to you.
/dcmd menu # - Display a menu listing all delayed commands currently running:

/dcmd [once/repeat/infinite/cancel] [...]
Example: /dcmd once <seconds> <command>
Example: /dcmd repeat <how many times> <seconds> <command>
Example: /dcmd infinite <seconds> <command>
Example: /dcmd cancel <id>
/dcmd cancel all - Cancels all running commands


Right clicking a menu item will provide you with all the information you need regarding that delayed command:


Examples:

/dcmd once 10 time set day
/dcmd repeat 3 10 /time set day
/dcmd infinite 60 time set day
/dcmd cancel 25

Example use cases:

• Shutdown the server after x amount of seconds
• Create an arena event where players have to defeat waves of mobs. Fill a function file with delayed commands each spawning mobs after a certain amount of time. Execute the function with a command block or manually.

Permissions:

dcmd - Allowes access to the /dcmd command.
dcmd.help - Allowes access to the /dcmd help subcommand.
dcmd.once - Allowes access to the /dcmd once subcommand.
dcmd.repeat - Allowes access to the /dcmd repeat subcommand.
dcmd.infinite - Allowes access to the /dcmd infinite subcommand.
dcmd.cancel - Allowes access to the /dcmd cancel subcommand.
dcmd.menu - Allowes access to the /dcmd menu subcommand.
dcmd.info - Allowes information to be displayed when right clicking menu items in the menu.

Warning:

This plugin does not (and will never be able to!) verify permissions for the commands set to run with DelayedCommands. Those commands are performed by your server console, which has access to ALL your commands! Be very carefull!

There are plans to implement whitelisted commands for DelayedCommand in the future.

Future plans:

• Add command whistelists for users / groups for added security.
• Add command blacklists that no one should ever be able to add to DelayedCommands.
• Update Github to the latest version as it's outdated.
