As soon as the player enters the server, he is assigned a negative and a positive effect. At the beginning, only the positive effect at level 1 is active. If the player makes a kill, his effect increases by 1 level. If he dies, the effect goes down one level. The positive effect reaches its maximum at level 3, while the negative effect goes up to level 4. If you experience a level 4 negative effect, you will be banned.
