SimpleSpawnManager can set players' spawn in the overworld, nether, or end. You can set the x,y, and z coordinates, yaw, and pitch. By using /SPM you can so set all of these, for example "/SPM set <parameter> <value>'. You can also edit these in the config.yml and can do "/SPM reload" to reload the config.
