- <player>: The target player whose eating event is to be canceled.
- <probability>: The likelihood, in percentage, of the eating event being canceled (0 to 100). If not specified, the default probability is 0.
Example:
- /noeat Steve 50: Cancels Steve's eating event with a 50% chance.
