The dodgeball, or spectral snowball, applies a spectral effect when it hits other players and notifies the server who hit the "victim" and privately messages the "victim" about who hit them. It drops on the ground if it hits a non-player mob or block and features a one-second cool-down between throws. I plan on updating this based on feedback, so please comment any feature requests and I would be happy to add them.
