Installation:

1. Download and place the StaffChat.jar file into your server's plugins directory.
2. Restart or reload your server.
3. Ensure that staff members have the sc.use permission (which can be granted through permissions plugins like LuckPerms).
4. Use the /staffchat command to toggle the staff chat mode as needed.

Usage:

Staff members can toggle their private chat mode using the provided commands. When activated, their chat messages will be visible only to other staff members who are also using the staff chat mode.
