Key Features
- Directional Block Visibility: Blocks placed with the One-Way Glass functionality will appear as glass when viewed from the south side, but retain their original appearance when viewed from any other direction. (Only south for now)
- Custom Block Types: The plugin allows for any block type to be used as the base block, giving you full creative freedom to design unique structures.
- Persistence of Block State: The plugin saves the state and position of all one-way glass blocks in a configuration file, ensuring that the blocks behave consistently even after server restarts.
- Giving a One-Way Glass Block:
- Use /giveonewayglass <player> <block_type> to give a player a special block that behaves as one-way glass.
- Example: /giveonewayglass Steve STONE
- Placing and Interacting with One-Way Glass Blocks:
- When a player places a One-Way Glass block, the plugin will automatically register its position and block type in the configuration file to save it.
- When another player views the block from the south, it will appear as glass; from all other directions, it will appear as the original block type, in this example, stone.
- Dependencies: Requires ProtocolLib to function correctly.
- Download and install ProtocolLib.
- Place the One-Way Glass Plugin .jar file in your server's plugins directory.
- Add particle effects similar to redstone ore to make finding the blocks slightly easier.
