This is how it works! On most Lifesteal servers or BoxPVP server at a certain time blocks placed will be removed. So After you select your region and start it the Intervals is in minutes. so just use the # with no letter behind it.
Most plugins wasnt comatible for 1.21 so I made one that would be as I couldnt find one that was free. Hope this helps.
