Installation:
/fastbreak
Toggles instant breaking on/off.
Permission: fb.break
/fbreload
Reloads the config.
Permission: fb.reload

Installation:
- Download the plugin
- Copy the jar file into the plugins folder
- Restart the server
- Customizable blacklist of blocks players shouldn't be allowed to break instantly (such as bedrock)
- Option to use blacklist as a whitelist
