All the colors labeled as &COLOR& replacing COLOR with the actually color in all caps. Here are all the colors http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Formatting_codes
&PLAYERSSLEEPING& shows the amount of people in bed.
&AMOUNTNEEDED& shows the amount needed to set the time to day.
&PLAYERNAME& shows the name of the player who just slept.
