Obfuscation, Bold
Please note:
The permission for the obfuscated chat style is currently bugged!

/chatcolours (/chatcolors) Opens the gui
/resetchatcolour (/rc, /rcc) If player is set, resets their chatcolour, if not set, resets your chatcolour.
