ItemSpawn
This plugin allows you to use /item but with limits which can be given as a donator perk or to staff.
Spawned items can be placed or used but cannot be put into chests, furnaces, frames, crafting etc or dropped.
Commands can also be blocked such as /shop or /sell when a player has spawned items in their inventory.
The items that are allowed to be spawned are configured in the plugins configuration
