- Allows for the same amount of customizability e.g. animations taken straight from TitleManager's animation.yml file.

- /ta reload - Reloads the TitleAnnouncer config.

The config should be fairly straight forward, however a few things should be noted.
- Adding \n will put the hovering messages onto another line (subtitle).
- Adding animation:NAME-OF-ANIMATION will send the animation with the given name, from the TitleManager animations.yml file.
- The interval is in seconds.
- fade-in, stay & fade-out is the amount of time it takes for the hovering messages to either, fade into view, stay in view and fade out of view.
