Installation
1. Download the latest release
2. Place the JAR file in your server's plugins folder
3. Restart your server

Time Format
Duration format:
- s - Seconds (30s)
- m - Minutes (15m)
- h - Hours (24h)
- d - Days (7d)
- w - Weeks (2w)
- Use "permanent" for permanent punishments
Examples:
