TypeThat - Typewriter effect!

Features:

   Use /typethat [message] to display a typed-out message, complete with sound effects, speed and colors

   Adjust the typing speed with /typethattickspeed [number]. Whether you want quick bursts of text or a slow dramatic reveal, you have full control.
   
   
3. Adjustable Volume and Sounds
   Fine-tune the typing experience with /typethatvolume to change how loud the typewriter effect is. Sounds can be completely customized through the configuration file to suit any server theme.
   
   
4. Easy Configuration Reload
   Quickly apply updates to the configuration without restarting your server using /typethatreload.

Permissions:

• typewriter.use: Grants access to use all TypeWriter commands, making it easy to manage player access.

Configuration:

• Custom Sounds: Replace the default typing sound with any sound file of your choice via the config file.
• Tick Speed: Define the default typing speed for messages.
• Volume: Set the default sound volume for typing effects.

As a side note:
- I will soon add different permissions for commands and the possibility of using the typewriter effect in the chat.
