Have you ever wanted to create an epic slow-motion effect for a cinematic, or gradually speed up time without jarring, sudden jumps? Rick Film is a lightweight Minecraft mod that allows you to smoothly animate tickrate (TPS) changes using a single, powerful command. Instead of instantly snapping to a new speed, the game will seamlessly ease into your target tickrate over a specified duration.
Usage
Use the command
/tick animate <target> <transition time (seconds)> <interpolation type> <interpolation strength>
- Target is the ticks per second you need to reach.
- Transition time is the duration of the animation.
- Interpolation type is animation smoothing. Available ease:
- in_out
- in
- out
- The strength of interpolation is curve intensity. Available:
- Quadratic
- Cubic
- Quartic
- Exponential
- Others...
Sounds
The mod implements a change in the speed of sounds when decelerating.
Details
- When setting the target 0 the game freezes.
