This resource packs adds two new effects to /posteffect: /posteffect add @s qwidoskisposteffects:black_white changes brighter pixels to white and darker to black. /posteffect add @s qwidoskisposteffects:invert_each_second_line adds an overlay of moving horizontal lines (see images)
