Works for 1.13+. If you'd like lesser versions to be supported (like 1.8+), let me know. Also, the enchantment level will be displayed in green instead of red, even if the enchanter does not have the necessary amount of levels. I'm not sure whether it's possible to change this. However, don't worry, it isn't possible to enchant the item, the text is just in green instead of red.
