Friend System

Invite a player:

/privatedrops friend invite <player>

Accept a request:

/privatedrops friend accept

Deny a request:

/privatedrops friend deny

Friend requests automatically expire after 30 seconds if no response is received.

Once two players become friends, they can see and collect each other's private drops while all other players remain blocked.
