Create Traincraft Compatibility

Create Traincraft Compatibility brings classic Traincraft rolling stock into a modern Create train workflow.

This mod adds Traincraft-style train items and lets them assemble through Create's train station system. When a supported Traincraft item is used during Create train assembly, the assembled carriage renders as the matching Traincraft train model instead of the default Create contraption body.

Features

• Adds Traincraft rolling-stock items for Minecraft 1.21.1.
• Allows Traincraft train items to be placed and assembled on Create train tracks.
• Stores the selected Traincraft train item in Create bogey data during assembly.
• Replaces the visible Create carriage body with baked Traincraft train models.
• Includes Traincraft model geometry and textures extracted from the included legacy Traincraft jar.
• Keeps fallback item rendering for any Traincraft item that does not have a mapped model.

Requirements

• Minecraft 1.21.1
• Fabric Loader
• Fabric API
• Create Fabric 6.0.0 or newer for 1.21.1 (get it at GitHub)

How To Use

1. Place Create train tracks.
2. Place a Create train station.
3. Use one of the Traincraft train items as the casing/item when assembling the train.
4. Assemble the train through the Create station.
5. The assembled train should render as the selected Traincraft train model.

Notes

This is a compatibility and porting project, not the original Traincraft mod. It does not recreate every original Traincraft gameplay system. The focus is making Traincraft rolling-stock items usable as Create train visuals on Create tracks.

Some older Traincraft assets may need small alignment adjustments because the original models were built for Minecraft 1.7.10 rendering conventions.
