Smart Armor Repair is a lightweight, informational HUD mod for Fabric that takes the guesswork out of repairing multi-piece armor sets with XP bottles. It reads the durability of your Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, and Boots—whether they're equipped or just sitting in your inventory—counts your XP bottles, and calculates the single durability level all four pieces can realistically be brought up to with what you're carrying. To prevent suggesting impossible targets, it automatically caps the goal at each piece's own maximum durability.
The target updates live on your HUD as your bottle count changes, offering either a clean text layout or an icon-based one featuring your actual armor icons. Everything is fully configurable in-game: HUD style, position (via drag-and-drop), row spacing, the XP-to-durability conversion rate, and which info lines are visible—with all your settings saved automatically so your setup persists between sessions.
Smart Armor Repair doesn't repair anything itself; it simply tells you exactly how close you are and what to aim for, ensuring you're never left guessing whether "one more bottle" is worth throwing.
