Pretty much how I remember this dialogue.
A standalone Minecraft Fabric mod managed by the PCKR Engine that secures player spawn points (beds or default spawns) from hostile mob harassment.
Features
- Despawn Zone: Hostile entities entering within a 15-block radius of an active spawn point (a bed or default spawn) are instantly despawned.
- Flee Zone: Hostile entities entering within a 30-block radius fear the safe spawn and actively try to navigate away from it.
- Normal Bed Sleeping: Players can sleep in beds even when hostile mobs are nearby.
- Upgraded Bed (Gold-Trimmed) (optional):
- Crafting any Bed + a Gold Block creates a Gold-Trimmed Bed.
- Placed upgraded beds register safe spawns.
- Custom NBT tags (
pckr_my_domicile:safe_spawn) ensure upgraded beds retain their properties across dyeing or renaming in an anvil.
- Door Breaking Override: Option to prevent zombies from breaking wooden doors (even in Hard mode).
In-Game Configuration Screen
Open the standard Minecraft Options menu and click the PCKR Engine button next to "Done" to open the dashboard. Under the My Domicile section, click "Expand" to configure each setting:

How to Upgrade Beds
Combine any bed (any color) with 1 Gold Block in a crafting grid (shapeless):
[Bed] + [Gold Block] = [Gold-Trimmed Bed]
