This is another pack for the Donut SMP AntiLeak. It makes all bedrock in the nether netherrack. Make sure you put it above Donut SMP AntiLeak pack or else it will not work becuase the other pack would override it. If you don't disable it when you don't need it bedrock in the overworld will be netherrack too.
