Lightweight environmental plugin that applies durability loss to carried items when exposed to rain or water submersion. Damage increases the longer you remain wet and stops immediately when you reach shelter or a dry biome.
Material degradation rates: Iron and chainmail degrade fastest, gold at moderate rate, diamond and netherite highly resistant, leather armor immune.
Features: Rust-colored particle effect during active degradation, configurable tick interval and damage per tick, per-material multipliers, toggle between rain/submersion/both triggers.
Commands: /inventoryrust reload, /inventoryrust toggle
Permissions: inventoryrust.bypass (exempt from effects), inventoryrust.admin (reload access)
