• Quemenium & Galactite Arsenal: New weapon tier with powerful abilities – the Quemenium Sword can unleash a devastating beam or explosion, while Galactite tools provide high-tier mining and combat.

🌪️ DYNAMIC WORLD EVENTS – NATURE UNLEASHED

The world of NON-NATURE Disasters is alive – and it is angry. Random events can trigger at any moment, turning the peaceful landscape into a battlefield of elemental fury. Each event has distinct phases, visual effects, and dangers.

🌪️ Tornado / Cyclone

• Phase-based: Grows, peaks, then shrinks – scale ranges from 0.1 to 1.0.
• Effects: Pulls and throws entities, deals constant area damage (scales with size), destroys weak blocks, and generates lightning (for cyclones).
• Damage: Base damage starts low, increases with scale – up to 1.5 hearts per tick at peak.
• Visuals: Whirling dust particles, lightning bolts, and screen shake.

☄️ Meteor Strike

• Single massive impact: A fiery meteor descends from the sky, detonating on contact.
• Damage: Up to 10 hearts at center, decreasing linearly with distance (radius ~15 blocks).
• Aftermath: Creates a crater of Meteor Blocks and spawns rare ore deposits (Galactite Meteor, Quemenium Meteor).
• Audio: Earth-shaking explosion sound.

🌧️ Meteor Shower / Galactite / Quemenium Shower

• Multiple smaller impacts: A rain of small meteors, each causing minor damage and leaving behind ores.
• Galactite Shower: Drops Galactite Meteor blocks.
• Quemenium Shower: Drops the rare Quemenium Meteor – essential for the strongest weapons.

🌊 Flood & Whirlpool

• Flood: Water spreads rapidly across the terrain, drowning and slowing players. Lasts for hundreds of ticks.
• Whirlpool: Creates a vortex that pulls entities toward its center, dealing drowning damage and breaking light blocks.

⛈️ Thunderstorm

• Periodic lightning strikes: Damages entities and ignites fires. Can trigger a Flood if conditions allow.

🔥 Nether Invasion

• Corruption: Spreads Netherrack and spawns Nether mobs – Piglin, Brute, Hoglin, Blaze, Wither Skeleton, Ghast.
• Duration: Lasts until the invasion is manually stopped or a timer expires.

💀 Apocalypse & Zombie Apocalypse

• Massive horde: Spawns waves of zombies, skeletons, creepers, spiders, endermen, witches, and more.
• Armored variant: Zombies spawn with armor, making them significantly more dangerous.

🟢 Slime Rain

• Slimes fall from the sky: Different sizes, with slow falling effect. A chaotic and humorous event.

💥 Creeper TNT Rain

• Creepers and TNT raining down: High explosive potential – a true test of survival.

🐜 Silverfish Infestation

• Underground invasion: Converts nearby stone blocks into infested stone, spawning silverfish hordes.

🏔️ Cave Earthquake & Cave Flood

• Underground hazards: Earthquakes deal periodic damage and shake the screen; Cave Floods fill caves with lava, creating a deadly environment.

• Underground impact: A meteor strikes deep below, causing massive explosion, block destruction, and intense screen shake.

⚔️ QUEMENIUM & GALACTITE – WEAPONS OF LEGEND

The Quemenium and Galactite tiers introduce end-game weaponry and tools with unique abilities.

✦ Quemenium Sword

• Item ID: la:quemenium_sword
• Ability (Sneak + Use): Unleashes a 40-block beam that destroys weak blocks and deals up to 20 hearts of damage (falloff).
• Ability (Normal Use): Creates a small explosion (radius 4) dealing 15 hearts to the target and 10 hearts to nearby enemies.
• Passive: On hit, triggers a small explosion (radius 4) dealing up to 5 hearts of bonus damage.
• Cooldown: 40 ticks for special abilities.

✦ Galactite Sword

• Item ID: la:galactite_sword
• Stats: 11 attack damage, 4204 durability – a solid choice for late-game combat.

🛠️ Galactite Tools

• Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, Hoe: High durability and mining speed, crafted from Galactite ingots.

• A heavy, advanced weapon – rare drop from cosmic events.

⚡ DAMAGE & PHYSICS – THE SCIENCE OF DESTRUCTION

All events and abilities follow a consistent damage model:

• Distance-based falloff: Damage = base * (1 - distance / maxRadius).
  
  • Example: Meteor deals 10 hearts at center, down to 0 at the edge.
• Linear scaling: The closer you are, the more you suffer – rewarding quick reactions and smart positioning.
• Impulse & Knockback: Most events apply strong impulse, throwing players and mobs away – adding a layer of chaotic movement.
• Environmental Damage: Floods drown, whirlpools suffocate, and lava burns – not all damage comes from direct hits.
• Block Destruction: Tornadoes, meteors, and earthquakes break weak blocks (stone, dirt, wood) but preserve bedrock and obsidian.
• Crafting & Building: Events also place blocks – meteor impacts create ore-rich spheres, Nether invasions spread Netherrack, and floods reshape landscapes.

🎮 EVENT MANAGEMENT – COOLDOWNS & FLOW

• Global Cooldown: COOLDOWN_TICKS = 6000 (5 minutes) between events – prevents back-to-back chaos.
• Per-Event Cooldowns: Each event has its own cooldown to avoid repetition.
• State Management: Events have onStart, onEnd, and update phases – ensuring smooth transitions.
• Weather Control: Events can change weather (thunder, clear) and revert on completion.
• Cleanup: All events reset their state, remove particles, and restore the environment when finished.
