Rotation Locker: Relocked

This mod adds a keybind that locks block rotation placement to whatever direction you were looking when you press the key, similar to what is in Quark.

The original mod really helped me out with something in my survival world so I wanted to bring this mod back to later versions. I may port it down to 1.18, 1.17 and 1.16 at some point but it will always only be for Fabric as I am not the best at coding.
