A Minecraft 26.2 mod that overhauls the definition of Peaceful difficulty - adds hunger, lets hostile mobs spawn and overhauls their behavior to make it a bit more interesting.
Features
- Adds Hunger mechanic into Peaceful difficulty
- Lets hostile mobs spawn in Peaceful difficulty
- Mobs do not attack players by themselves
- Instead, they will attack the player if provoked
- Attacked mobs can alert other mobs in the area
- Adds "anger" particles to show that a mob has been provoked
Why?
Sometimes I want to just chill, but I feel like the Peaceful difficulty is too empty and too easy.
Known Issues
- Slimes currently do not spawn
- Wolf facial expression is constantly flickering between aggressive and passive when attacked
- There is small delay between provocation and attacking the player back
