Helmets Re-render

Re-renders 3D helmets from some resourcepacks

Every tick checks whether the player or armor stand is wearing one of the five custom-textured helmets:

- Leather helmet
- Chainmail coif
- Copper helmet
- Golden helmet
- Iron helmet
- Diamond helmet
- Netherite helmet

!The datapack only changes the renderer's behavior!
