Ender Chest Bans

This plugin gives 3 commands which: Ban an item from enderchests, Unbans a banned item from enderchests, and Show a list of all currently banned items. The Ban and Unban commands are executable by only an opperator while the command to show all banned items is not. A banned item cannot get into the enderchest by the means of another container as well like a bundle or shulker box. If an item is banned and it is already in someones enderchest it is not deleted and instead remians there till it is selected adn then it cannot be put back. This plugin allows Servers to control the economy of certain items and removes the ability to gate keep things like potions and elytras from otehr players via the means of an enderchest.
