Adds the abbility to have bounty's without an economy but with valuable blocks (diamond,netherite,iron,gold,emerald)

This plugin allows you to have bounty's without and economy. It adds comamnds /bounty For the You need to type either diamond, netherite, gold, iron, emerald. Then for the you have to type the amount of the valuable that will be taken out of your inventory. Then it also adds the command /bountygui It shows everyone's player heads in the server and when you hover over them it says their username the valuable blocks one under each other and next to each is the number of the block bounty it has. When a person dies or get killed they drop their bounty. The takes blocks from inventory not normal items
