Lightweight server health monitoring for modern Paper servers.

PulseGuard helps server owners and administrators monitor server performance through a clean in-game dashboard, configurable alerts, performance snapshots and detailed world statistics.

REQUIREMENTS

• Java 21 or newer
• Paper 1.21.4 or newer
• No required dependencies

INSTALLATION

1. Download PulseGuard.
2. Place the JAR inside your server's plugins folder.
3. Restart the server.
4. Edit plugins/PulseGuard/config.yml if needed.
5. Run /pulse to open the dashboard.

COMMANDS

/pulse
Opens the main PulseGuard dashboard.

/pulse snapshot
Creates a performance snapshot.

/pulse world
Displays per-world statistics.


/pulse history
Displays recent performance history.

/pulse reload
Reloads the PulseGuard configuration.

PERMISSIONS

pulseguard.use
Allows access to the main PulseGuard command.

pulseguard.snapshot
Allows creation of performance snapshots.

pulseguard.world
Allows viewing world statistics.

pulseguard.history
Allows viewing performance history.

pulseguard.admin
Allows administrative commands and configuration reloads.

PERFORMANCE

PulseGuard uses configurable monitoring intervals and avoids continuous full-server scans. It is designed to provide useful diagnostics with low runtime overhead.

No monitoring plugin can honestly claim zero performance impact, so PulseGuard focuses on keeping its work controlled and configurable.
