Nexus Infection Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) – Survive a Spreading Plague That Mutates

Nexus Infection Mod unleashes a dangerous plague that slowly takes over your Minecraft world. When you place a bed, strange creatures start visiting you at night to spread the corruption. The infection turns the ground into dead blocks, mutates friendly animals into undead monsters, and grows alien trees. It also builds massive underground hives filled with dangerous enemies and valuable loot. You will need to fight new bosses, gather special materials, and craft wards to protect your base from being swallowed by the spreading rot.

Features:

• Spreading Corruption: Tumors rapidly turn normal terrain into dead blocks and generate alien plants, strange trees, and a creepy red fog.
• Mutated Wildlife: The plague takes over normal animals, turning them into hostile undead monsters that attack other creatures to spread the sickness.
• Strange visitors spawn near your base at night as soon as you place down a bed.
• Massive underground hives generate when a tumor finishes corrupting the land above it.
• Heartlens and special cores grow inside the dark underground hives.
• Players can summon the Torment Root mini-boss using a Nexium Heart on a Hive Root.
• The Nexium Tentacle drops from the boss and lets you instantly break infected blocks.
• Overgrown Castles spawn in savannas and swamps with locked chests that require a Radiant Key to open.

How to Play:

1. Place a bed to trigger the start of the infection, which causes Visitors to spawn at night.
2. Defeat hive bosses to collect Nexium and craft a Nexium Tentacle.
3. Combine 2 Nexium Ingots and 7 Cobblestone to craft a Nexium Mark.
4. Place the Nexium Mark near your base to stop the infection from spreading in a large area.
5. To start your own infection, kill a Nexus with a Nexus Amulet and use a bucket on the remains to get a Tumor Nexus block.
