The World Has Achievements

The World Has Achievements adds a world-wide achievement system where every player contributes to one shared journey.

Instead of progressing through separate personal checklists, everyone works together to complete a persistent achievement ledger for the entire world. Mining blocks, constructing builds, crafting items, defeating mobs, exploring biomes, trading, farming, taming animals, travelling, and completing unusual challenges all move the same collective progress forward.

Whether you are playing alone, with a few friends, or on a long-running survival server, every contribution helps write the history of the world.

Open the achievement interface with the default H** keybind** to browse progress, search for milestones, pin current goals, inspect statistics, view leaderboards, and discover which player sealed each completed achievement.

Features

How It Works

Each world maintains its own server-controlled achievement ledger.

When a player performs a tracked action, the server adds that progress to the shared total. When the required amount is reached, the achievement is completed for the entire world and the player who pushed it over the finish line is permanently recorded as its sealer.

Progress belongs to the world rather than an individual player. A miner can advance resource milestones while another player builds a town, explores distant biomes, manages farms, trades with villagers, or prepares for boss fights.

Every role contributes to the same story.

Achievement Progress

Achievements range from simple early-world objectives to extremely long-term community milestones.

Examples include:

Many activities contain several increasingly difficult tiers, giving both new and established worlds goals to work toward.

Multiplayer

The mod is designed around survival multiplayer and long-running community worlds.

Achievement progress is authoritative on the server, while clients receive synchronized updates for the interface. Recent versions use batched progress updates rather than repeatedly transferring the complete ledger, reducing unnecessary multiplayer traffic on active servers.

Player contribution records are associated with UUIDs, allowing leaderboard history to remain intact when players change their Minecraft usernames.

For the best experience, install the same version of the mod on the server and all participating clients.

Perfect For

A World Worth Remembering

A block placed by one player can contribute to a milestone completed by another. A forgotten mining trip can become part of a server-wide record. A rare discovery can finish a goal that the whole community has been watching for weeks.

The World Has Achievements turns ordinary survival activity into a shared history—one achievement at a time.
