This patch allows for tamed dragons, who have had their saddles removed via shears by their current rider, to be resaddled and ridden by other players.
Additionally, it allows server OP's to remove any dragon's saddle with shears.
That's it! Let me know if you encounter any bugs, as I can't really test it in singleplayer other than knowing it boots correctly.
