Setup:

Most changes will be made after the configuration section (before the "COPY START" marker). So if you haven't changed the Skript code itself, you just need to replace everything between the copy markers. When the top configuration section changes in an update, the update notes will say so.
You can use a tool to check the differences.
Just copy yours into the left text box and the updated one on the right text box, then hit "Find Difference!": https://www.diffchecker.com/

A. This will not happen. You will have to have PEX and Pexlify's permission nodes to use it. The reason for this is because it can be very unsafe to have commands run by console when going through Skript as it would not need further PEX permissions, and users will be able to do whatever they want because console is executing them, not them.
Q. Can you add the optional lifetime argument to single player permissions?
A. No point. LuckPerms' timed permissions are stored "in-memory" only, and do not persist when the plugin is reloaded (or server restart) or if the user leaves and rejoins the server. Only timed groups are written to file, so you can always create a group with the permissions you only want to be temporary as a workaround.
Q. What are the code snippets for?
A. Code snippets will be little parts of code you can add onto the Skript that will allow for extra features! Code snippets will only be for features that are found in other Skript add-ons, such as SkQuery.
