Makes the menu buttons have a rainbow background and a gray border. Locked ones will be dark gray, highlighted/hovered buttons will be dark rainbow, and other buttons will be light rainbow.

Incompatible with any resource pack editing the button elements. Incompatible with modded buttons that don't use these textures.
