Simple Bounty Plugin!
Just drop it in the plugins folder and reload/restart.
You can put a bounty on the head of a player, and when someone kills the bounty player, they receive the bounty amount.
Commands:
/bounty (or /b)
/b admin set nick amount ( bounty.admin )
/b add nick amount
/b - opens the menu
